EmoryCard OneCard Mobile

Live the Emory Experience with the EmoryCard OneCard Mobile. This App will work with your Android or iphone and provides you mobile functionality for your EmroyCard Account.

With your phone you can:
  • Check your EmoryCard
     account information
  • Gain access to the Library
  • Make a purchase at a vending machine that takes EmoryCard
  • See your EmoryCard account balances
  • Make a credit card deposit to your Eagle account
  • Review recent transactions
  • See your meal plan status
  • See where your ID card was used last
  • Check for messages from EmoryCard
  • Deactivate your ID card if lost

  • Step 1: There are two ways you can log into OneCard Mobile:

    Using your Net ID:
    If you use your Net ID then go to "Download the App - Step "2"

    Using your Emory ID and Pin:
    If you want to use a PIN with your Emory ID and you have not created one before, then create a PIN with your Emory ID by going to Click link to Account settings then "create a PIN." by entering your 7 digit Emory ID number and than a PIN.

    Step 2: Download the free "OneCard Mobile" app from the Apple or Google Play app store.
    Step 3: Open app and accept license agreement.

    Step 4: The OneCard mobile >Setup screen will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen to enter the 3 letters of your school, which in this case would be “EMO”. Hit Search on your phone.

    The Emory University URL “Emory University: https://” will appear, highlight the radial button next to it. Hit Next

    The screen will then show you the full URL  Hit Next

    The screen will then show “Configuration for school is successful!” Hit Next

    Step 5: The screen will then ask you to enter your Account and PIN or Net ID. Make sure the one you pick, the radial button is highlighted for the account type you have chosen. Account and PIN is your Emory ID number and the PIN you set up in the EmoryCard OneWeb. Net ID is your University Net ID, Hit Next

    “Account Registered Successfully!” will appear on the screen, hit done.

    Step 6: The screen will then go to OneCard mobile. Press the “My ID” icon. This will change the Heartland University to bring up your ID and picture.

    Step 7: Once your ID appears you have successfully configured OneCard mobile

    Gain Access to the Library turnstiles
    A. Press "OneCard Places", then Doors/Access
    B - Highlight the turnstile you want to enter
    C - Wait for the Red Beacon to go Green
    D - Then slide your virtual ID to the right

    Make a purchase at a Vending Machine that takes EmoryCard
    A - Press "oneCard Places", then pick your vending machine from the list
    B - You will see the selected Vending location in the lower left hand side
    C - Slide your virtual ID to the right to vend the product

    Managing your EmoryCard Account
    A - Press "Manage Account"
    B - Press "Account Control" at the bottom of the app

    C - Choose the Account function you wish from the screen

    My ID
    A - A virtual picture of your ID card

    Additional buttons on the App
    EmoryCard - Takes you to the EmoryCard
    Web Page
      Card Office Calls the EmoryCard Office

    Note: the photo submit is not an active function to upload your picture
