Check Your Balances
It is highly recommended that you check your financial activity periodically to insure you know your current balances and to check for accuracy of transactions. You can view Dooley and Eagle Dollars as well as copy and print balances all in one location. Check your activity at the Web Center by first selecting Create Pin Code for First Time User on the far Left menu. Once your Pin Code is set, you can then navigate your way to all the information needed. Emory ID and Empl ID are the same number. PIN Codes need to be at least 7 digits and contain at least one letter.

Eagle Dollars Account
Eagle Dollars are just like cash - a dollar for dollar, declining balance accuont the funds you add to your EmoryCard for additional campus spending. Eagle Dollars can be used by Faculty, Staff and Students. Your Eagle Dollar are accepted anywhere on campus that accepts the EmoryCard. A full list is provided under the Locations menu within the EmoryCard website. When used at on-campus Emory Dining locations you will receive a 5% discount. Through the Eagle Merchants program, you can use your Eagle Dollars at participating off-campus merchants. Eagle Dollars WILL rollover from semester to semester until you leave Emory University.

You may not transfer deposited funds between the Eagle Dollars Account and Dooley Dollars. Once funds have been deposited into your account, they may only be withdrawn by way of purchases. You may not withdraw cash from your account.

Once you discontinue your involvement at Emory University, either through graduation or the termination of your status as a Faculty, Staff or Student, you will be eligible for a refund. For Students, any unused Eagle Dollar funds of $25.00 or more will automatically be credited to your student account. For Faculty and Staff, any unused Eagle Dollar funds of $25.00 or more will automatically be reimbursed by check through the university Accounts Payable department. Eagle Dollar funds balance of $24.99 or less will only be refunded upon written request to the EmoryCard office.

Refund requests from graduating seniors must be submitted by May 31st in the year in which they are graduating. Refund requests from Faculty, Staff and non-graduating students must be submitted within 30 days of leaving the university. Refunds may be requested by email at emorycard@emory.edu include your full name, ID number and reason for request.

How to Add Money to Your Eagle Dollars

Students ONLY
Option 1: ACH / Electronic Band Transfer
(Fast, easy, convenient and no waiting in line)
An ACH payment is a transfer from a checking account to your Eagle Account. It requires a routing number and an account number listed on the bottom of a check from a checking account.

Login to the EmoryCard Web Center. Click Add Cash, located on the left side of the screen, and enter the required information. Once you click Submit, your deposit will post to your EmoryCard normally within five minutes.

Option 2: Debit/Credit Card
Login to the EmoryCard Web Center. Click Add Cash, located on the left side of the screen, and enter the required information. Once you click Submit, your deposit will post to your EmoryCard normally within five minutes

Faculty/Staff ONLY
Option 1: Payroll Deduction
Payroll Deduction for deposits to your EmoryCard – Eagle Dollars account is now available through the Finance Office. This option is available for both monthly and bi-weekly employees.

Option 2: Debit/Credit Card

EmoryCard Office
Deposits of $5 or more can also be made in the EmoryCard Office. We accept Cash, Check or Eagle Dollars.

Automatic Deposit Machines
Utilize one of the Automatic Deposit Machines which accepts cash only to place money on your EmoryCard. They are located in Cox Hall Food Court, Health Sciences Library, White Hall, Dobbs University Center, Wooduff Library.
